Hash brown Omelette patties
So these are one of my favorites! They're super easy to make and they're tasty!
You'll need:
Two Medium pieces of potatoes
Parsely
Two/Three eggs
Pepper
Salt
Cinnamon
Two Medium pieces of potatoes
Parsely

Pepper
Salt
Cinnamon
Step 1- Wash the potatoes and then peel them ( you can choose not to peel them since you'll be grating them anyway but i like to peel). Next step is to Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater.
Step 2- In another bowl, Crack the eggs and whisk! I added few drops of vanilla extras
Step 3- Chop parsley finely or however you like to. I was in a rush so I just cut off the parsley leaves and threw them in a bowl along with the grates potatoes and I added one tsp of salt & pepper, half tsp of cinnamon ( the more cinnamon you add the sweeter it'll turn out)
Step 4- Mix Mix mix, then add the eggs!
Step 5- Butter up the pan & fry those babies!
And you're done!! If you use two medium sized potatoes you should end up with around 4 Pieces of this HashBrown/Omelette patty

Had a little trip to potbelly and i was so pleased with the meal there!! It's super tasty. I liked the steak chilly cheese fries and the chilly soup! Plus the Italian Sandwich was YUH-UH-MY. Not to forget to mention that I had a Root Beer top it all off. I would kill for one of those or all together right now <3

The Cheesecake Factory
So I went to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time, just to see what's the fuss all about. EVERYTHING looked so tasty! I took a couple of shots for you guys to see what was being served. Those are only a few ;) I ended up with the 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake. It was alright, But i thought that the Peanut Butter Cheesecake tasted better. But would've been sure difficult to finish up since it was soo Dense! And fulfilling. I was barely able to finish mine, I actually didn't even finish it. One Cheesecake will be all you'll be having.
Final Verdict: Delicious, But I won't be going to have one of those for a long time. It's way too heavy for my taste. I like "light" cheesecake that you'll crave to eat more of rather than having one piece and feeling like you can't even look at cheesecake for the next while!

How to Make- Harira
Harira is Morocco's famous tomato & lentil soup. It's wonderful comfort food & it's healthy! So let's start out with the ingredients:
- Orange Lentils (1 1/2 Cup)
- Parsley
- Cilantro(also called Coriander)
- Ginger (2 tbsp)
- Tomato Puree
- Tomato Paste (4 tbsp)
- Chicken breasts ( 3 pieces)
- Orzo pasta/Vermicelli (1/2 Cup)
- Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
- Onion (1 Big)
Spices
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp salt (then add to whatever you think is good enough)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin
Preparation
- Soak the lentils with hot water so they soften up for 15 minutes then drain them from water
- Chop sprigs of Parsley & Cilantro finely and put them together
- Chop one big onion into small pieces
- Can of Chic peas , drained & rinsed
- Dice 3 medium sized tomatoes and put them in the blender
- Ground ginger
- 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
The Making
- Boil the Chicken in water for 45 minutes. Once the chicken is ready, "Chop" it up & put it aside. Keep the Chicken broth aside, you'll need it.
- Fry up the onion with oil for few minutes non medium heat
- Add the lentils into the pot
- Fry them up until their color changes from orange to yellow ( that should take around 10 minutes)
- Add the chicken broth & let it boil. Wait 30 minutes till the lentils soften up.
6. Notice the picture above, the lentils should look all mashed up like that. Hold it with your finger and try to "squish "it. If its soft enough, then it's ready! If it's hard then leave it for some extra time .
7. Add The tomato puree. If you didn't have tomato puree you can just dice up some tomatoes and put them into a blender. Then add that to the pot.
8. Add Tomato Paste. I got two small cans. They were around 4 Table spoons of Tomato Paste. Stir!
9. Add the chopped Parsley & Cilantro & Stir some more!
10. Add The ground Ginger
12. In a different pan, put orzo and boil it till it's ready. Once done Add it to the Main pot. Add the chopped chicken and the Chic Peas also.
13. Add all spices & let the mixture be. 10 Minutes Later, it's ready to be served!
Bonne Apetite!
